We have a few updates this week at Fresh Connect HQ for you. As wonderful as Summer time is (lots of holidays are had) and of course an abundance of stunning British Fruit and Vegetables on offer we are feeling positive and ready for a busy Autumn period. We also cannot believe Christmas is only a few months away, with many of your establishments taking the first of the festive reservations already!!
Our wonderful bunch of friendly drivers are on hand to make sure the vans are out on time and delivering to your kitchens nice and early. We will be closed Bank Holiday Monday 26th August so the last delivery day will be Saturday 24th August and back open again on Tuesday 27th August as normal. With new cut off times from our Dairy suppliers this means all dairy goods must be placed by 5pm for next day delivery (this all helps with getting your deliveries out on time and into your kitchens nice and early).
As always we are on hand to contact with any seasonal menu change recommendations and our September Market Report will be released next week. English Apple Season is expected to be a real highlight for the month so keep your eyes ‘peeled’ for further information.
